His expertise extends to strategic consulting, where he has provided business and technology solutions to Fortune 500 companies, mid-sized enterprises, and small businesses, resulting in significant cost reductions and increased productivity. Also, a seasoned consultant with extensive cross-domain expertise in healthcare, logistics, retail, shipping, and supply chain management. His practice is dedicated to delivering transformative results for organizations through strategic Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), end-to-end process optimization, and driving measurable gains in productivity. Wilfred and his team are developing an AI-based decision support system integrated with robotics to aid doctors and consultants in primary healthcare consultations. Their project aims to bridge urban-rural gaps and enable Remote Patient Monitoring, Home/Tele ICU services, Teleclinic operations, as well as provide healthcare services directly to senior citizens at their doorsteps and through home healthcare initiatives.
