Wilfred's notable contributions include the development of award-winning healthcare IT software such as Raj PIS (Patient Information System) and Doctor 1 Teleclinic, aimed at revolutionizing patient care and hospital management. His expertise extends to strategic consulting, where he has provided business and technology solutions to Fortune 500 companies, mid-sized enterprises, and small businesses, resulting in significant cost reductions and increased productivity.

Wilfred and his team are developing an AI-based decision support system integrated with robotics to aid doctors and consultants in primary healthcare consultations. Their project aims to bridge urban-rural gaps and enable Remote Patient Monitoring, Home/Tele ICU services, Teleclinic operations, as well as provide healthcare services directly to senior citizens at their doorsteps and through home healthcare initiatives.
